The bending tool is made of 42 CrMo forging material, after strict rough machining, finishing process and heat treatment, quality adjustment, laser quenching and other processes, to ensure the service life and bending needs of the tool. According to the user's workpiece design, customized different straight knife, machete, big machete, upper and lower pressure knife avoidance, hinge knife pneumatic, electric control and other tools, but also for the complex bending process to install the bending knife, to meet the maximum limit of various bending needs.

 

 

The imported all-electric servo closed-loop control system is adopted, which supports multi-axis concurrent linkage, smooth bending action and high mechanical operation. The control system retains the docking port of truss loading and unloading and manipulator, and users can connect different brands of manipulator and truss loading and unloading equipment according to their own needs.
The programming software is simple and easy to learn, intelligent operation, real-time display of the shape of the edited artifact. The self-test system can predict whether the edited program is correct in advance, avoid artifact waste, and effectively protect the equipment. The function supports the traditional bending machine can not be a molding on the edge, down the edge, arc and other complex movements.
The control system has a cloud operation and maintenance management interface, which can use the mobile phone small program to monitor the operation status of the device anytime and anywhere, understand the actual operation status of the device, and count the number of production workpieces in various periods.

 

 

Adopt imported brand electrical appliances to ensure the stability of the control system; the electrical cabinet is equipped with domestic famous brand air conditioning refrigeration device, which can timely eliminate the poor heat dissipation and high temperature during the use of electrical parts, and solve the shutdown failure caused by high temperature overload. The equipment is equipped with grating ruler detection to detect the error of the plate thickness to avoid the machine damage caused by the wrong input of the plate thickness.

Feeding mode: according to the different workpieces, can choose suction cup type, arm type feeding mode, the feeding mode has obtained the utility model patent, simple and convenient, easy to operate, safe. Can achieve 360° rotation at will, the loading and unloading operation is simple, greatly improve the safety of operators. The two feeding methods can choose different suction groups and pressure foot according to different plate sizes, enhance the suction force and pressure, ensure that the feeding plate does not shift, and ensure the bending accuracy of the workpiece.
The feeding frame is welded by thick wall pipe and annealed by electric furnace with high stability; it is processed by large floor boring machine to ensure the matching accuracy with the body installation surface; the table adopts the combination of hair brush and universal ball,which can protect the plate from scratches and improve the rotation speed.
