A: The lead time for spot production is approximately 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. However, this depends on many factors, including order size, machine type,complexity of workpiece, etc. All quotations provide lead times. lf a rush order is required, please let us know and we can usually accommodate your request.

A: Detailed installation and operation instructions are attached to the machine.You could operate the machine according to it. Besides, video technical support and online support are provided or we can arrange our engineer to your country to teach you how to use it and maintain it.
